My Approach
As a one‑woman business I make every piece slowly and carefully by hand. When I work with ashes, I treat them with respect from the
moment they arrive until your jewellery is finished. I keep things simple, clear, and honest — no fuss, no confusing steps. Just meaningful jewellery crafted with care.
My memorial jewellery process
1. Place your order
Choose the jewellery piece that feels right for you and complete your purchase.
2. Receive your instruction pack You’ll receive a beautifully presented pack with a prepaid return envelope. Ring orders include a ring sizer to ensure a perfect fit.
3. Send a tiny amount of ashes or other inclusions Inside your pack is a small wooden teaspoon — a quarter of this is more than enough for your piece.
4. Or send your inclusions directly If you prefer not to wait for the pack, you can send your inclusions straight to me. Once your order is placed, I’ll provide the address and simple guidance for sending them securely.
5. Your jewellery is handcrafted I create your piece slowly and carefully by hand, blending your inclusions into resin with respect, precision, and attention to detail.
6. Unused inclusions are returned Anything not used in your jewellery is packaged safely and returned to you.
7. Your finished piece is delivered securely Your completed jewellery is presented beautifully, packaged with care, and posted to you using secure, tracked delivery.
